Now hiring a new Customer Service Representative to join the team of a well-established manufacturing company! Must have excellent customer service skills alongside manufacturing industry experience and computer skills/literacy.
Position qualifications:
Manufacturing industry experience.
Must have 1-2 years customer service in a related field and computer experience (strong customer support/customer service skills).
Computer skills to include data entry and Microsoft Office
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday on first shift (8:30 am to 4:30 pm or 9 am to 5 pm).
