Responsible for writing creative, clear and compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials, such as articles, emails, whitepapers, marketing collateral (e.g., fact sheets and solutions overviews), internal communications (e.g., emails, articles, speeches) case studies, scripts, infographics and digital advertisements.
Rapidly produces compelling content that reflects the organizations key messaging. Interviews subject matter experts (both internal and external) and compiles research on topics.
Executes on copy according to campaign briefs while ensuring content resonates with Avnets audience, reflects the organizations style guide and brand voice, and adheres to its optimization strategy.
Produces quality ghostwritten content with both appropriate and authentic voice and tone.
Consistently meet deadlines and standards for brand, style and technical accuracy while producing content that is appropriate for its intended channel.
Significant editorial, creative services or production experience, either in a newsroom, agency or corporate setting
Strong writing and editing skills, including knowledge of AP style and writing for the web
Sound judgement and commitment to editorial integrity
Portfolio of work demonstrates versatility across multiple formats
Experience in B2B marketing and/or digital marketing preferred
Experience working in technology preferred
Typically 3-5 years with bachelor's or equivalent or 1-3 years with master's
Education and Certification(s):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
