A Sales Productivity Sr. Program Operations Manager is responsible for managing the strategy, implementation, and sustainability of sales productivity and enablement platforms. In addition to lifecycle management of a program, the Sr. Program Operations Manager is responsible for evangelizing the value of the program within the CenturyLink ecosystem and performing enablement research to stay ahead of industry trends taking place in the growing sales enablement spectrum. The Sales Productivity Sr. Program Operations Manager will leverage effectiveness and best practices to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.**Job Description**+ Lead sales productivity tool implementations and manage the adoption and sustainability of the program+ Perform market research to stay current of sales methodology and enablement tools, platforms and techniques.+ Support sellers and front-line managers as a subject matter expert on methodology, selling skills, and productivity.+ Develop and communicate a strong vision of recommended efficiency and effectiveness measures to Business Unit leaders+ Work with Marketing and Segment Strategy leaders to implement productivity tools into marketing plans.+ Evangelize the value of the program across ecosystem inclusive of Business Process, Product, Solutions Marketing, and Business Unit leadership.**Qualifications****Required**+ Associate Degree or some college+ 10+ years of relevant job experience (Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Sales Enablement)+ Very strong business acumen with knowledge of sales performance drivers+ Strategic and conceptual thinking that can transfer into a tactical execution plan+ Can manage multiple projects or tasks.+ Self-motivated and can deliver in collaborative settings.+ Developed leadership qualities.+ High Emotional Intelligence (EQ)+ Change Management skills and techniques.
