    Job Summary

    The Vice President of Operations is an experienced, entrepreneurial leader with significant experience in exceeding client expectations within the Food Service/Hospitality industry. This VPO is responsible for establishing and directing standards for food services across the contract as well as standard operating procedures. This individual will have excellent client relations experience as well as operational execution and managing multiple P&LS.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Ensure proper management of resources, distribution of services to customers, and analyses of systems are conducted
    Direct business to achieve high performance as measured by the company scorecard, participating in strategic planning meetings when necessary
    Successfully build relationships at all levels of the organization
    Build an effective and results achieving team within the region
    Participate in the sales process by working with pre-proposal site survey team, aiding in presentations, and negotiation and approving of final contract
    Performs other duties as assigned

    Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree a plus
    7+ years of management experience (preferably within the food service or hospitality industries)
    Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning
    Previous experience integrating new business operations
    Must be able to make business decisions based on financial reports and operational changes
    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as Web-Based Applications
    Proven ability to enhance profitability, sustainability and creativity across all channels in alignment with business strategy
    Ability to manage multiple high-profile priorities while carrying out regular tasks
    Possess a forward thinking attitude, helping your associates and the operations to excel
