Bacherlor's degree, MS Office suite, MS Project or similar project management tool experience.

Drives a core Education Services cross-functional team to deliver a solution for Portfolio Management.
Leads cross-functional core team(s), kicks off programs, establishes schedules and drives meetings. Cross Functional Team members can include members from Portfolio Management, Global Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Lab Operations, Delivery and Learning Design and Development.
Drives the core program activities to meet or exceed program objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule, Features, Fulfillment/Continuity of Supply, Solution delivery across products & service offerings, and Customer Specific Needs).
Establishes clear objectives and deliverables for the program supporting the Portfolio Management business.
Develops documented program milestones, schedules timely executive review, and delivers phase reviews along with interim updates.
Tracks progress, reports status and makes necessary corrections to achieve program objectives.
Establishes working relationships and influences/persuades cross functionally within ed services at the SME, Manager, and Director levels.
Subject matter expert in data management, including interfaces, data repositories, usage/interaction, and management/change post initial rollout.
Leads the cross functional team to define the solution requirements.
Manages the creation, review and approval of the phase exit materials.
Manages major risks and issues through effective contingency planning and proper escalation.
Ensures core product design team members communicate post mortem findings to the appropriate functions.
Attaches each phase exit document lessons learned and review lessons learned for the next phase.
Drives team to deliver quality results at, or better than, quality goals. Leads a program of medium complexity (technology, organizationally).
Implements change as directed in the product development process and recommends process improvements.
Day to Day:
Scope/define cross-functional project requirements, use cases - 1 week
Finalize Plan - cross functional commitments and buy-in (inclusive of biz requirements, technology, communication plans) - 2 weeks
Program manage development, implementation and launch efforts - 2-3 months
Success criteria - project launched, all offers in tool, all teams aligned (communication requirements)
