The shipping and receiving clerk position will verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.
Keep and verify records on incoming and outgoing shipments
Place/ answer phone calls
Schedule Fed Ex
Customer service with walk-ins
Process credit concerns
Previous work experience in shipping warehouse environment required (Min 1 year)
Must be comfortable with difference work environment - this position shifts from clerical/customer service to warehouse duties
Must Possess Good Communication Skills - ability to talk to customers
Intermediate computer skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word) - must be able to log data into spreadsheets
Must be educated
