The Project Integrator must effectively and efficiently complete project tasks while delivering IT integrations and professional IT Services to our valued client base.The Project Integrator helps ensure the technical solutions provided by Corsica Technologies produce the best possible outcomes for our customers through proper design and implementation. Further, the Project Integrator serves as a key communication point and technical expert for our customers and therefore plays a critical role in the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Project Staging of equipment and software
  • Communicate effectively with both project management as well as customer points of contact and end users
  • Project Implementation and Deployments
  • Complete project assignments as tasked (onsite or remote)
  • Provide project status updates to Regional Integrations Manager daily
  • Customer onboarding tasks that include ensuring customers' systems and networks meet Corsica Technologies standards
  • Project Discovery tasks to include site surveys and working with customers to understand their needs and thentransition findings and customer notes to Design Engineerfor project scoping
  • Draft customer recommendations to Design Engineer and/or Client Service Manager for review with customer
  • Update project management software daily with progress of project tasks and other assignments
  • Post project quality assurance testing assistance
  • Customer point of contact for end user training of new systems deployed
  • Maintain service software documentation and standards
  • Work with other technical groups and engineers as required
  • Additional Integrations team tasksas assigned by Regional Integration Manager
  • Training of team members on new technologies as required for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 to take over support of customers post project
  • Ongoing educational training on new technologies

Competencies and Qualities

  • Experience supporting Windows 7, 10; Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019; MAC experience a plus
  • Experience with MS Azure and Amazon Web Services
  • Experience with Active Directory Management
  • Experience with Group Policy Management
  • Experience with Core networking disciplines such as DNS, DHCP
  • Experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2 instances, Route 53, S3 storage, AMIs, Volumes, Snapshots, Security Groups, and VPCs
  • Experience with Azure Private Cloud Services such as Virtual Networking, Azure Active Directory, Storage Services, Virtual machines, and Cloud Security
  • Experience with Microsoft Cloud Solutions such as Office 365, Office 365 management, Exchange online, SharePoint online, and OneDrive Online
  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware
  • Experience with VoIP technology and equipment
  • Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Candidate must have extensive typing experience
  • Must be able to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new environments
  • Must have critical thinking skills and be able to solve complex problems
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment with ability to multitask
  • Must be capableof working onsite alone (with remote assistance as needed) and be able to be resourceful and self-sufficient

Education, Experience, and Certifications

Required

  • 2+ years of professional IT project implementation experience
  • 3+ years of Windows Server level technology experience (Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019) as well as the Windows Server Core services (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Hyper V)
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Cloud Solutions experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Azure Private Cloud Service experience
  • 1+ years of Amazon Web Services experience
  • Experience creating technical documentation

Preferred

  • 2+ year of Linux systems experience
  • 2+ years of MAC OS experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT-related field
  • Experience working with security compliancy standards
  • Experience with VoIP technology
  • Technical Certifications

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but is expected to supervise work on the primary support board to ensure alignment with Corsica processes.

Travel

This position will require travel. Most travel will be regional. Occasionalovernight travel should be expected. Must have valid driver's license with clean driving history.

Position Type/Expected Hours

This is a full-time position for five, eight-hour days (40 hours total) per week. A one-hour lunch break is provided. Shift start times range from 6:00 AM Eastern to 3:00 PM Eastern. Position may require some on call availability for special projects. Projects may require shifted work hours to complete based on customer requirements. Projects may require after normal working hours work to be completed.
