HR Business Partner - NA Sales Remote - Texas, United States 05/28/2019 Apply now The HR Business Partner - North America Sales is a hands-on HRBP role that operates as part of the enablement and success of the US core sales organization. Supporting three L4 SVPs and 1000 team members, this role operates as part of the day-to-day leadership of the business. Key to this role is the ability to tie core HR processes to practical business application. This role is fast-paced and dynamic. This role will Consult with business leaders on talent, leadership, business strategy, organization development, rewards and culture. This includes directing the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group. Identifies and shares root causes of human resources issued with relevant HR Centers of Excellence to shape global HR programs and policies. Scans and benchmarks the marketplace to identify and leverage best practices and trends to influence the business and HR agenda. Viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line leadership staff. Selects, develops, and evaluates team members to ensure the efficient operation of the organization. Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., rewards and recognition review, workforce planning, culture, and organizational change). Manages escalations and dispute resolutions through company programs and policies. RESPONSIBILITIES Consults and executes business strategy for function or region Takes direction from Sr. HRBP through direct or matrix reporting relationship Identifies any underlying issues and recommends solutions to client group Partners with ER where applicable; becomes an integrated partner to business unit managers Identifies opportunities for improvement and influences line managers to make changes in organizational structure or processes as needed Demonstrates broad knowledge of HR policies, regulations and practices and is familiar with operational issues relevant to client group.
