The role is responsible for leading the monthly close, conceptualizing and owning process improvements and working closely with senior business leaders to inform and shape EHE's business decisions.The Controller will work across different departments to gather information, analyze data, generate presentations and provide recommendations. The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter who is ready to roll up their sleeves.In This Role, You WillManage all accounting, financial, tax and banking activities including compliance and auditsCompile, analyze and present monthly financial results in a timely, accurate and meaningful wayDraft monthly MDA for distribution to BODPrepare annual operating budgets and rolling forecastsManage cash flow including providing 13 weekly and rolling forecasts for BODEstablish, monitor, and enforce financial controls in accordance with best practicesGuide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and proceduresDevelop and communicate financial metrics to senior managementWhat The Role RequiresBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field; active CPA preferred10+ years accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management roleMedical billing and/or coding experience a plusStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsExperience manipulating and analyzing large raw data setsKnowledge of finance and accounting principles (GAAP)Experience managing, developing, and leading an accounting departmentSelf-motivated and self-directedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryMedical, dental, vision, life and disability insuranceEmployer-matched 401(k) planTuition reimbursementEmployee access to our preventive exam and servicesGym membershipEHE is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting and retaining the most qualified employees.5V3D5saZLe
