Successful candidates will become part of a dynamic team of consultants and will have direct responsibility for the preparation and delivery of consulting services to our clients. What would I be doing?
Deliver consulting output and drive client meetings including Interaction with client senior management and Board of Directors
Manage client relationships of up to 15+ clients and ensure that consulting services are delivered in an effective and timely manner with the goal of exceeding client expectations
Execute client consulting engagements, including running financial models, production of output and identifying the need for custom analytics where appropriate
Service line responsibility
Conduct industry research that will be utilized in presentations and analyses
Constantly grow industry knowledge

Demonstrated ability to manage numerous activities and initiatives simultaneously while managing and maintaining multiple client relationships effectively in a fast-paced work environment
Strong time management skills including the ability to multitask and properly/continuously re-prioritize multiple tasks with tight timelines
Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team framework with senior level and support level positions.
Ability to generate new business, including the ability to cross-sell and up-sell existing clients
Demonstrated ability to present and articulate strategic concepts to senior management level and the Board of Directors
Demonstrated leadership and training skills with a drive to constantly improve processes and deliverables
Ability to make difficult decisions quickly with limited information or understand when and why a decision cannot be made
High level of intellectual curiosity
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to formulate strategic recommendations for clients
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (basic understanding of VBA coding)
Ability to build and run financial models
Preference will be given for:
Understanding of the IRR concepts, including GAP, EVE, and NII
Understanding of bank accounting
Understanding of investment products, loan products, deposit products, and other funding products
