Responsibilities

  • To bring industry knowledge, extraordinary consulting capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients for their global F&A operations
  • Aligned to 3-4 major clients based in UK/Europe
  • Define and work with the finance & procurement leadership to identify and execute strategic initiatives around efficiency and effectiveness
  • Enterprise Performance Management Tool Implementation experience (Planning and Forecasting, Consolidation, Management Reporting)
  • Experience with F&A usage of ERP tools
  • Chip in to developing and executing on the domestic and global strategy for the consulting practice
  • Harness extensive knowledge combined with a suite of methods,
  • Execute projects ranging from business diagnostic, organization design, business process design, finance system implementation
  • Partner with the client, operations, digital and analytics team to define and deliver our key projects across:
  • End State Organization Model Design
  • End State Global Process Design
  • Participated on teams for delivery of Finance Benchmarking results
  • Active contribution to develop high growth org - substantial contribution to practice and IP creation and frameworks, to deliver sustainable long term solutions
  • Sell and deliver to clients with a focus on growing revenue by 5-8 million per annum

This will not be a year-round engagement, the Strategyleader will be expected to lead F&A Consulting projects for somemonths/periods in the year
