Occupational Therapy Supervisor

Early Learning Center in the Bronx looking for a full time OT Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible

Full time case load: Mon & Wed: 8am ? 3:30pm; Tues, Thurs, Fri: 8:30am ? 3:30pm

• Responsibilities will include:
  • Plan, organize and supervise team of therapists
  • Provide clinical consult to Occupational Therapists
  • Assess patients' rehabilitative needs and collaborate with clinicians to develop patient plan of care and treatment goals
  • Monitor staff productivity, caseload assignment, weekend coverage, and PTO requests
  • Assist with coordination of total plan of care and maintain continuity of patient care by working with other health professionals
  • Organize, implement, and monitor program or service needed by the department or facility
