Job Profile The Chief Medical Officer serves as a physician liaison to the medical staff and is a senior administration team member. S/he is responsible for leading Harris Health's strategic journey to implement the quality, utilization, and regulatory initiatives as developed by the system CMO and pavilion leadership. S/he is comfortable operating in a highly matrixed environment and has strong interpersonal relationship skills. This leader has experience with and a strong understanding of value based purchasing. Analysis of quality and utilization analytics is required. Minimum QualificationsWork Experience8 Years Work Experience of post-residency clinical experience(And) At least Five (5) Years Work Experience of progressive experience in medical leadership in an academic, matrixed environment.
