The Customer Service and Tech Support seasonal positions are for two to three months, with a variety of schedules. In this role, you will receive excellent compensation, such as additional pay for attendance, performance, and referrals. Your pay will start at $12/hr but you can earn up to an additional $5/hr* on top of base pay! We train you for success, giving you the know-how and skills you need to succeed in this position, and we pay you for it!

These are not high-volume roles, meaning you really get to focus on helping customers through their entire enrollment process and support needs. It means you can form a connection and resolve customer issues without feeling rushed. You will be an essential part of our team—acting as the face of Harte Hanks and our clients by providing front-line service—so we want to set you up for success. With 1-2 weeks of paid training, and plenty of bonus opportunity, you will be setup to achieve your goals with confidence!
Tech Support roles can be as fun as it is rewarding. As part of our Tech Support team, you will be helping clients with streaming devices and working for exciting brands. Since you’ll need to be familiar with streaming devices, we’ll give you hands-on training. You will get to play and interact with the actual devices you help customers with. This two-week paid training shows you all the processes and how to troubleshoot, meaning you’ll be prepared to give great service, meet your goals, and potentially receive a great bonus!
