The Regional SalesManager (RSM) is an individual contributor sale professional responsible forthe sales of our portfolio of evidence-based clinical decision support productsand services to hospitals, health systems and large physician practices withinan assigned geographic territory. TheRSM is a highly consultative role requiring the ability to effectively lead allinteractions with the clinical and executive leadership functions in ourprospect and client bases. The RSM willdevelop the appropriate strategy for each assigned account and lead thecoordinated execution of several clinical and technical resources from the Zynxmatrix throughout the sales process. Our business model is a blend of direct tohealthcare end-user sales and sales through business partners where the RSMacts as a specialized resource. The RSMwill position Zynx as a trusted and expert partner. As such, the role requires proficiency inHealthcare Information Technology, clinical workflow and key industryobjectives associated with healthcare reform.

This position willwork remotely and is a temp-to-hire position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve annual budget objectivesfor assigned sales territory
  • Build a comprehensivebusiness plan to optimize short and long term territory performance
  • Lead the execution ofthe Zynx standard consultative sales process from qualification to contractnegotiations for all opportunities within assigned territory
  • Build a robustopportunity funnel by organic (cold calling) and coordinated efforts with ZynxAccount and Project Management teams as well as a third party lead generationfirm
  • Prepare for andprovide meaningful participation in our structured operating mechanisms
  • Maintain current,detailed and accurate data in our Salesforce.com CRM, providing an accuratesales forecast in real-time
  • Special projects asassigned
  • REQUIREDEXPERIENCE

  • Direct experience in Healthcare IT sales required, selling analytical type software
  • BS/BA required. Degreein a medical field (Nursing, Medical Technology, Pre-med) a plus
  • Must have a minimum of3-5 years of verifiable quota performance
  • Proficiency withMicrosoft Office and CRM software
  • Significant travelrequired 75%
  • Valid drivers licenserequired, subject to verification by company
