SUMMARY: A seasoned technology professional providing advanced expertise in supporting the organization s technology infrastructure. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. May create architectural plans and road-maps to support the implementation of the future architectural vision. 2. May propose new technical standards and develop new migration plans to the future technology infrastructure. 3. Serves as a technical resource for multiple components of the infrastructure, able to resolve most problems/issues in their area(s) of expertise. 4. Builds new components of the infrastructure within their area of expertise to meet requested needs or needs they may have identified, and in consideration of the current and future architecture. Adds new components to a blueprint, documents them effectively, and directs the testing and implementation of changes. 5. When provided with an objective to improve performance in their area(s) of technology, develops and implements action plans needed to effect the change, providing oversight to the problem management process. 6. Analyzes the performance of installed technologies. Proposes and implements any required changes, including accounting for any resulting impacts on other technologies. 7. Guides the implementation of new technologies. 8. May lead a small team of technical contributors, providing work direction, guidance and training. Will also provide technical leadership to project teams. 9. May participate in on-call rotations as needed. 10. May be required to perform work after hours. 11. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor s Degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience required. 8 years of relevant experience required.
