Top Responsibilities Lead, plan and identify approach for gathering, delivering, testing and demo'ing requirements Elicit, analyze, document and communicate requirements with stakeholders and scrum teams Support and drive the planning and estimating process Own and drive delivery of requirements with stakeholders and scrum teams Own and drive testing of requirements with stakeholders and scrum teams Own and drive demo'ing and documenting requirements to illustrate business value Support analyzing, communicating impact and resolving production issues Advanced understanding of supported business, operations and technology Consult with stakeholders, partners and scrum teams on business, operations and technology solutions Consult with stakeholders and scrum teams on adoption of best practices and methodologies Demonstrate and apply understanding of UnitedHealth Group's business - Health plan design & member enrollment & eligibility maintenance functions Demonstrate and apply knowledge of technology industry trends and tools Maintain awareness of best practices / approaches related to the business analysis discipline Maintain awareness of best practices / approaches related to quality and productivity Participate and drive the gathering of detailed business, functional and non - functional requirements Identify applicable technical and business stakeholders, using appropriate Stakeholder Analysis tools / approaches (e.g., RACI, SIPOC) Define the approach and effort required for defining business requirements (i.e., business, functional and non - functional) Define and update the project schedule to track/measure progress of the requirements - gathering process (e.g., status, milestones, tasks, deliverables) Define approach for building features & user stories Software Tools/skills Experience in business and systems analysis with solid knowledge of software engineering and design principles.
