Position Summary:. is seeking a high-energy Program Director to play a pivotal leadership role facilitating and leading cross-functional teams in support of programs, projects, and continuous process improvement initiatives within a hyper-growth organization. Reporting to the Sr Director Enterprise PMO, the Program Director will help establish and champion program/project management and continuous improvement frameworks/methodologies/process/tools to drive standardization, scalability, repeatability, and consistent behaviors across all departments. A strong background in program/project management and continuous process improvement competencies combined with experience managing enterprise level transformation efforts will be critical to success.
