Truckstop.com is seeking a high-energy Program Director to play a pivotal leadership role facilitating and leading cross-functional teams in support of programs, projects, and continuous process improvement initiatives within a hyper-growth organization. Reporting to the Sr Director Enterprise PMO, the Program Director will help establish and champion program/project management and continuous improvement frameworks/methodologies/process/tools to drive standardization, scalability, repeatability, and consistent behaviors across all departments. The ideal candidate will offer a consultative approach and demonstrate a strong work ethic along with an \"above and beyond\" commitment to delivery. A strong background in program/project management and continuous process improvement competencies combined with experience managing enterprise level transformation efforts will be critical to success. You will collaborate across boundaries to develop and empower others, achieving win-win outcomes for the business.. Essential Job Functions:. Lead large cross functional business transformation and M&A initiatives, collaborating with business units/executive leadership.. Collaborates across the organization to facilitate and/or conduct current state/data analysis, new process development, process redesign, and continuous improvement activities.. Directs the sharing and integration of continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments and teams.. Conducts research and development to support new or revised business processes.. Assist the Sr. Director to develop and drive portfolio/program/project management and continuous process improvement frameworks/methodologies/process/tools aligned to best practices and industry standards to improve productivity, investment decision making, and targeted business outcomes.. Assist the Sr Director to define and ensure adherence to standard frameworks/methodologies/process/tools, reporting metrics (KPIs), and dashboards for consistent communication and alignment across the organization towards the defined strategy and annual priorities.
