As part of this team, you ll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

YOUR ROLE: Campaign Management Lead Accenture Digital

The new role of Campaign Management Lead is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to play a key role in our next-level marketing campaign strategy and delivery at Accenture. The Campaign Management Lead will be aligned to Accenture Digital and will become a critical partner to that businesses Marketing & Communications team.

The Campaign Management Lead will be responsible for leading a team of campaign managers and digital marketing professionals in delivering efficient, effective and high-quality cross-channel marketing campaigns that support the needs of the clients and the business.

They will be responsible for understanding the business goals, marketing goals, and operating structure of the Accenture Digital business and will ensure that their team is structured to support the needs.

The Campaign Management Lead will be a member of the Campaign Management Leadership Team as well as a member of the Accenture Digital M&C Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

Oversee the design and execution of all marketing campaigns with Accenture Digital, ensuring we are employing the right channel mix for an optimal client experience. This can include advertising, internal communications, recruitment marketing, events & sponsorships, web content management, social media, among others
Provide strategic counsel to the Accenture Digital M&C leadership team and broader Accenture Digital M&C team ensuring all marketing professionals within the Accenture Digital business understand how Campaign Management will drive impact across the business
Track and analyze program execution to ensure we are meeting and exceeding campaign objectives as well as constantly learning and optimizing our processes and future campaigns
Lead and develop campaign managers and digital marketing professionals within Accenture Digital with a focus on employee engagement and retention
Create strong cross functional relationships with peers in other business units to foster shared learning and leverage best practices
Foster a positive, creative, fast-paced, and technologically-inspiring team environment

Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (specialization in online/digital marketing a plus)

Work Experience:

Minimum of 10 years campaign management and/or cross-channel data-driven marketing execution whereby you have demonstrated an ability to communicate and behave in a manner that commands trust and authority from external and internal stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a Fortune 500 company
