We are seeking a senior leader of strategy realization to accelerate the adoption of digital innovations and pull through sustainable change for digital transformation. This leader will establish a digital outreach capability to connect with the venture community, academia, and big technology as part of an emerging ecosystem of partners. This leader will also build and lead our design studio where innovators and customers can collaborate with our company on the next generation of care. The design studio will also drive user experience for all digital platforms, including patient engagement and health data exchange. In addition, this leader will be accountable for the change management associated with business processes, job roles, organizational structures, and types and uses of technologies impacted by digital initiatives. This position will also lead on the implications of digital on policy, compliance, and corporate strategy.. Education / Experience / Skills:. BA/BS degree (marketing, communications, or public health) required; Master's, MBA or other advanced degree in strategy, marketing, communications, public health, or law is highly preferred.. 10+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years leading transformations through strategy, communications, marketing, change management, and accelerating the adoption of new technologies.. Experiences in Life Sciences and technology-related industries are preferred.. Track record of working with senior leaders, developing a digital transformation strategy, and cultivating external relationships.. Experience working with social media platforms to promote and influence digital presence.. Experience in reaching an entire company through a broad range of techniques..
