Primary Objectives: -The Reporting Analytics leader is responsible for driving the development and management of data and analytics capabilities focused on: -Leveraging data as an asset and finding ways to use internal data, third-party data sources, and analytics expertise to increase insight and value of our data assets for our clients-Enriching data by constantly monitoring which new and updated industry sources are available and how best to acquire and integrate them-Managing the health of data and its evolution as a part of data governance-Leading a team that is dedicated to the entire flow of data from establishing best practices on how to deliver data projects to establishing project management principles for data projects and creating detailed reports which track and provide insights on key performance indicators, specifically focused on end-user acquisition, retention, utilization and program/campaign performance statistics.-Ensuring that all KPI reports and projects produce accurate outputs that align with business objectives and are delivered in a timely, predictable manner.-Taking ownership of overall data quality and proactively reporting and steering projects to ensure that all required analytics are collected and stored efficiently and in an automated/reusable manner. Key Responsibilities: -Develop, deliver and maintain executive KPI reports and dashboards for all key data assets and business groups. -Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, providing timely status updates and reports to ensure that all are up to date on progress and that Network priorities are understood and supported;-Deliver ad-hoc reports and analysis to help steer data asset related decisions and drive product development.-Establish best practices and standards for data visualization and reporting. -Build a high performing team of professionals, includes hiring, training, and coaching team members responsible for the building and distribution of detailed reports;-Manage the development and maintenance of Data Warehouse reporting;-Conduct outcomes analyses for services including the creation of case-studies to support client-targeted materials and outcomes reporting for specific client-supported activities;-Develop forecasting tools/models to support market penetration projects;-Supply metrics necessary to support all client-directed marketing efforts;-Answer data questions by using appropriate statistical techniques on available data; -Drive the data mining initiatives and the refinement of existing data sources;-Apply and improve processes for data capture and reporting to assist in the identification of opportunities and priorities for service development and enhancement;-Proactively identify opportunities to apply business intelligence to improve business performance and improve underlying data structures to ensure accuracy and efficiency for data queries.-Lead the development and implementation of new analytics methodologies and solutions;-As part of the data governance committee, help administer key data management related decisions. Requirements: The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include: -Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field with 6 to 10 experience in an data analytics and 2-3 years of experience in a management or lead role overseeing 2 to 3 people. -Statistical experience using tools such as SAS, Tableau and R to model, simplify and reduce data into actionable insights-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc);?Spotfire, Google Analytics-Data Visualization: Tableau, Business Objects (knowledge of report development)-Optimization of SQL queries and complex analysis of high volume and high dimensional data from varying sources using the following business intelligence tools:-SQL query language (experience building complex and efficient queries);-Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner-Experience of working with a fast paced, high value, service-led organization-The ability to understand the dynamics of the business and a passion for developing customer-centric solutions, using advanced analytics techniques and driving a positive return of investment for internal stakeholders-Ability to go the distance by solving business problems with technical solutions and creating expanding opportunities.
