Specific tasks will include:
  • Analysis of requirements and system design work.
  • Presentations of system designs to the users and technical communities.
  • Development of detailed design documents and program specifications.
  • Coding, unit and integration testing of programming assignments.
  • Writing and tuning SQL
  • Technical Support of user testing efforts.
  • Performance tuning of new and existing applications.
  • Production support tasks including analysis of issues, propose and implement solutions.
  • Mentoring of less experienced staff would be required.
Software Architect
Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.

Expert-84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
  1. 36 months experience with a Government Taxation organization, which includes technical design, development, maintenance and end user support of tax or audit systems.
  2. 84 months experience with Java programming in an IBM development Environment using IDE of IBM's Rational Application Developer (RAD) that are built with WebSphere Application Server (WAS) and with EAD4J and JADE frameworks.
  3. 84 months of experience in system analysis and design experience for multi-tiered transactional systems and writing technical design specification documents for multifaceted component-based systems.
  4. 36 months of WebSphere Integration Developer (WID) that are built with WebSphere Process Server (WPS) including experience designing and implementing applications using BPEL Processes, State Machines and SCA/SDO components
  5. 84 months of IBM DB2 experience working with DB2 databases and with XML schemas (definition, querying and automated generation).
  6. 84 months experience with Application performance analysis and tuning.
  7. 84 months of experience in IBM MQSeries.
