Job Details Summary It's an exciting time to join Lantheus Medical Imaging at a time of strategic transformation. In this role reporting to SVP, Corporate Development, you will support the effective working of the Lantheus Portfolio and facilitate the development of Portfolio Management and Strategic Planning in support of the implementation of the new Company Strategy. Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions Develop the Portfolio Management organization and metrics in support of the implementation of Lantheus' Growth Strategy. Lead the development of Lantheus' Strategic Plan. Lead the development of Business Franchise roadmaps in coordination with Functions. Develop metrics and run analysis for the Executive Team to support the capital allocation at Corporate Portfolio Committee. Lead integration of input, data, pending actions and deliverables across Commercial Leaders/Teams, Research & Development, Manufacturing & Supply chain (Tech Ops), Finance and other relevant functions. Drive the assessment of Strategic projects for Lantheus' Executive Team, including M&A and Licensing deal opportunities. Actively promote safety rules and awareness. Demonstrate good safety practices at all times including the appropriate use of protective equipment. Report and take initiative to correct safety & environmental hazards. Actively demonstrate the Lantheus values of accountability, quality, customer service, efficiency, collaboration and safety. Job Requirements A minimum of 10 years in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry, or relevant Consulting experience. Recognized as a leader and expert within Portfolio/Program Management or equivalent, with expertise of Operational planning and understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry. Highly developed leadership, networking, communication and influencing skills to work effectively in a complex matrix environment. Operate at a high level of rigor and autonomy, knowing when, and are able to, network and consult extensively across the business. An Advanced Degree. Highly organized; able to drive and prioritize across multiple projects. Self-motivated; able to work independently and as part of a highly matrixed team with minimal supervision. Ability to build trust and strong relationships across the organization. Critical thinker, combined with the ability to think globally. Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification11 - 15 years
