Job Description

Overall Hispanic Marketing Business Owner
  • Lead overall Hispanic Marketing strategy for the NFL (short and long term)
  • Annual business planning, priorities and budget planning, budget management and tracking
  • Handle inbound questions and requests from internal and external stakeholders

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and Enable Hispanic Growth via Clubs
  • Lead Hispanic Club Steering Committee
  • Serve as 1:1 Consultant to clubs in highly Hispanic DMAs to assess barriers and opportunities and leading strategic recommendations for processes, investments, and partnerships
  • Create (and evolve over time) a club toolkit for all 32 clubs to help aid in Hispanic fan growth

Identify and Execute Cross-Org Hispanic Initiatives to Drive Impact at Scale, for example:
  • Youth Football: Work w/Football Ops to accelerate youth football participation overall by driving Hispanic youth participation
  • International: Collaborate with International/Mexico team around Mexico Game and broader Latino content, activation and promotion efforts to drive impact on both sides of the border
  • Events: Infuse Hispanic insights/culture into the programming, content, messaging, promotion of NFL100, particularly in Super Bowl 54 in Miami

Maximize Marketing Impact of Hispanic National Media Partnerships
  • Lead the effort to integrate NFL Hispanic messaging and marketing priorities to enable and maximize NFL promotion and programming across linear, digital and social channels, tied to league and department goals through existing Spanish-language media partners (e.g. ESPN, FOX D, etc.)

Develop and Execute Annual Brand Advertising and Content Plans
  • Lead agency to develop Spanish-language interpretation of Brand Campaign, development of promotional assets for Spanish language institutional media
  • Adapt existing and create new content to specifically attract and engage Hispanic fans via 'always on' social media strategy on NFL O&O, tapping into relevant cultural winks
  • Optimize content marketing efforts over time via robust measurement and analytics


  • 8+ Years of Relevant Experience
  • Intimate knowledge of the US Hispanic consumer and media landscape
  • Ideally experience at Brand/Media Property and agency
  • Experience with brand/company that is national/global (aka not just primarily Hispanic brands)
  • Excellent communicator and influencer, service and solutions-oriented
  • Strong strategic thinker, proven-ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive impact
  • Spanish fluency (written and oral)
