Job Description:

  • Provide strong program level support to top priority Technology initiatives such as: Quote to Cash (QTC), ASC 606 Revenue Recognition or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation.
  • Work closely with Business and Program Leaders to prioritize key deliverables and ensure alignment with the corporate strategy.
  • Effectively own the end to end delivery of multiple workstreams and/or initiatives. To be successful, this role could entail challenging status quo, probing given assumptions, and advocating for teams when constraints exist that could hinder progress.
  • Provide clear, concise and meaningful status updates to various audiences including top-level executives.
  • Facilitate work stream meetings with team members to ensure solid and timely execution of project decisions and deliverables. Ensure transparent communication, quick identification risks and issues and management of all dependencies.
  • Partner with team members to identify opportunities to further streamline and upgrade processes. Recommend solutions and guide implementation of those solutions as needed.
  • Position Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience managing large scale implementations or business transformation initiatives.
  • Critical competencies: executive presence paired with solid organizational skills, problem solving/analysis, attention to detail, communication skills (oral/written), initiative leadership/influencing, driving results and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and with diverse teams to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in an environment where Audit level attention to detail was critical to success.
  • Lean, Agile, Kanban, Six Sigma, or similar project management training or certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Quote to Cash, Accounting or Technology systems and processes a plus.
