Client Service Associate - Data Management - New York

Since 1993 we have connected employees of our clients to over $4.5 billion of income protection. We serve corporate clients which typically have over 5,000 employees. Our corporate clients include Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw Top 100 law firms. The Client Service Associate provides a high level of customer service to the firm?s corporate and individual, executive clients. The focus of this position will lie in the proper billing of individual policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual to contribute directly to a growing business and gain valuable experience. Position Responsibilities: Analyze census data from our corporate clients and determine eligible executive populations for enrollment campaigns. Coordinate with insurance carrier to obtain rates for eligible population. Use client census data and carrier rates to prepare, review, and send mailings and emails as part of enrollment campaigns and service support. Develop and test websites for the online enrollment component of annual enrollment. Prepare User Acceptance Testing materials for the client to ensure data received is correct and client approves of all communications. Ensure database is up to date with all information regarding the enrollment and eligibility of individuals. Process enrollment materials as individuals enroll, updating the database and preparing enrollment materials to be sent to the carrier for policy issuance. Conduct regular audits to determine any discrepancies in the database records. Team with our IT group to identify and develop efficiencies. Coordinate with Billing Team to ensure all necessary database updates are completed for smooth client billing. Qualifications:
