We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving all those in need in the Sacramento area. We have been a level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home since 2011 and were the first to earn that designation in Sacramento. We offer integrated, comprehensive and supportive services to maximize health outcomes. We offer a choice between two carriers: Blue Shield and Kaiser Permanente.
One Community Health pays about 90% of the Employee only premium and pays 75% of the costs for dependents or partners/spouses.

About the Position
One Community Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive medical care to empaneled patients in a team based environment. The Physician will work with other staff members including Nurses, Medical Assistants, Laboratory staff, integrated Behavioral Health providers, Social Workers, Clinical Pharmacist, Dieticians, as well as with our Dental team. A 1-2 Saturday a month commitment is preferred. We are seeking a Physician who has a specialty in Internal Medicine and/ or Family Medicine with a desire to work with underserved populations. We are accepting resumes for both full and part time positions.
Education/ Experience Required
Candidate must be board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Practice and / or Pediatrics
Fully licensed to practice in the state of California.
Possess a DEA certificate.
Medical License with good standing in CA
Several years of FQHC or community health center practice experience preferred.
