This hands-on position includes execution of all drop-ship LTL and courier items in the warehouse, proper receipt of material, handling of inventory, proper storage, and shipment of product to end customers while adhering to the compliance of all legal requirements and safety procedures. This position will lead by example in working side by side with the warehouse team to ensure all work is completed as necessary. While this position reports to the Operations Manager it will also receive direction and assignments from the Palram Applications VP? North America.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Palram Applications Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for performing a variety of duties that will include but not limited to the following:
Supervises and develops warehouse laborers on their respective shifts to ensure proper receipt, inventories, record keeping, storage, pallet making, and shipment of product to end customers Delegates and assigns tasks and evaluates performance of the warehouse laborers Adheres to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures Manage the Applications warehouse staff to ensure their work follows policies and procedures and that work activities are compliant with requirements Execute drop-ship program for LTL and parcel shipments Responsible to fulfill all orders received on a daily basis Work closely with the team to pick orders in preparation for shipping Directly handles shipping companies in regard to daily shipping and receiving needs Prepares and ships spare part orders and shipments when needed Responsible for handling the incoming inventory from Israel and distributing in correct placement in warehouse with entry into SAP Performs pallet making, wrapping, banding, tagging, labeling, etc. Stock all materials in the warehouse and report stock shortages on a daily basis Manage inventory of empty pallets, organize area daily Complete all activities delegated by Supervisor and confirms daily their status Maintain tidiness and cleanliness standards of all aisles and external work areas on a daily basis Reports inventory discrepancies and product damage to supervisor
