The Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources and the treatment team, and for the oversight and management of referrals and admissions, treatment/services to clients, foster family development, hiring, and personnel management. The Program Manager ensures compliance with all statutory, licensing, and accreditation requirements, mitigates risk, and serves in the on-call rotation. Bachelors Degree in Human Services related field with experience in a supervisory capacity in social services, human services, or mental health services required. Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other related field preferred.
