RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Responsible for end-to-end product GTM including cross-functional interdependencies to ?connect the dots? and challenge functions in their strategic thinking on GTM
  • Drive adherence to the GTM calendar and key milestones across teams including ensuring timely decision making and high degree of preparation with teams
  • Analyze data and track metrics across process via dashboard to drive improved business outcomes
  • Proactively seek out solutions to potential cross functional issues that may affect the calendar, process and organization
  • Document actions and follow-up for key milestone meetings
  • Communicate and escalate progress, wins, pain points along GTM process to senior leadership
  • Conduct post-mortem/hindsight sessions to discuss any recommendations for GTM in the next season.
  • Champions the pipeline of innovation with the goal to test and monetize
  • Drives the problem solving process: frames problems, guides analytical modeling, and through analysis provides insights into solutions
  • Acts as a coach for functional stakeholders in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor
  • Facilitates meetings and workshops with all the levels of the organization
  • Effectively manages the change driven by the project and is capable of steering the business in a new direction
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to succinctly communicate and interact with ease and authority with senior leadership
  • Coaches and develops a team
  • Understands and shows passion for the worldwide fashion and retail market in terms of consumer behavior, competitor and industry developments

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    Experience:

  • 15 plus years? experience in project management, change management and project planning, preferably in a strategy consulting company, banking or an equivalent position in fashion, and/or retail environment
  • Prior experience managing GTM process, calendars (PLM experience a plus)
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, cross-functional, collaborative environment.
  • Supply Chain Optimization or Process Engineering experience preferred
  • Range planning / Merchandising experience preferred
  • Consumer-centric process improvement
  • Education: Bachelor?s degree, MBA preferred

  • Affinity with technology, data enablement, digital transformation and the human interaction that is central to their success.
  • Experience working for a Fortune 500/multinational company or multi-national consulting firm is preferred

  • Project management, problem structuring, and strategic problem solving skills ? Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis/Project implementation experience

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Direct: 2 Project Managers

    Indirect: 1 Associate PM

    BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A

    DECISION MAKING: Ability to coordinate multiple projects; must be detail oriented and highly skilled in time management. Filter demand

    RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Must be able to support the development of process where none existed, partner in the creation of blueprints for thought processes; build collaborative relationships amongst peers and superiors; learn language of every functional business group, recommend, and develop comprehensive plans and initiatives to improve business, communication, and performance in multiple areas. Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity.
