Currently hiring call center representatives for one of the largest government funded companies located in Downtown Manhattan! Our client is in need of candidate's coming from the customer service/call center background, preferably with experience in healthcare. However, all resumes will be considered. Must speak fluent Mandarin to be considered for this role.
Training hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday for the first 3-4 weeks. The hours will then be 11am-8pm Monday-Friday. Pay: $17/hr
Responsibilities: -Must be able to interact with social security professionals regarding patient trips via email or fax. -Working with the facility case manager to resolve patient issues concerning schedule changes, routing suggestions, provider changes, etc. -Coordinate with facility social workers to get updated lists of patient addresses. -Compare provider trip logs with pre-scheduled trip confirmations received from facilities.
Working hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Skills: -Strong customer service skills. -Willingness to learn. -Effective problem solving skills. -Good written and verbal communication skills.
Education: High School
Experience: Entry Level
Qualifications: -Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English. -1-2 years of experience in a call center environment required. -Must be able to type 35 WPM. -HS Diploma required.
