DescriptionYour talents will be used to prepare and consolidate financial statements, analyze and reconcile accounts, analyze cash flow, build budgets and forecasts, prepare audits, and handle internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. The company offers a strong compensation package, benefits, and the opportunity for growth.Your responsibilities in this role- Successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, controls and provide support on special requests when necessary- Offer involvement in various department-wide initiatives- Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and SOX testing with internal and external auditors- Assemble monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting- Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process- Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations- Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary- Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)- Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAPFor immediate consideration send your resume to Jennifer.Beilin@RobertHalf.comRequirements- Skilled with ERP systems- Prior experience in a public accounting environment is highly valued- Corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems experience a plus- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines- Demonstrated knowledge of forecasting & modeling- Background working with performance management- Account analysis experience- Market research experience highly preferred- General familiarity with investment financial analysis- Adeptness in business analysis- Good understanding of risk analysis- Practical knowledge of investment financial modeling- Analysis experience desired- Foundational knowledge in forecasting- Financial analysis experience- Earlier work involving portfolio management- Due diligence experience- Experience in SOX control execution/documentation- BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred- Exceptional time management skills preferred- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment- Demonstrated ability in strong analytical, quantitative and social skills- Self-starter and strong ethical standards- 1+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience- Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasksFor immediate consideration send your resume to Jennifer.Beilin@RobertHalf.com Robert Half Finance & Accounting, the world's leader in specialized financial staffing, provides exciting full-time opportunities in the areas of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, taxation and more.
