OverviewSBM Management is searching for a Regional Manager, Quality! The Regional Mgr, Quality is responsible for providing Quality Assurance guidance and support to their respective operational locations. They will help implement, direct and monitor quality management programs to encompass the performance of our services. They will work closely with the site leadership teams to ensure that improvement plans are implemented and effectively measured and assessed to help continuously improve the quality of services SBM provides.ResponsibilitiesWorks at Client sites throughout the Region on improvement projects and quality requestsResponsible for driving continuous improvement in service qualityPartner with Site Management on quality requests and issuesDrive deliverables related to Quality and partner with all departments when necessaryProvide guidance and training to Site staff and empower employees to take ownership of their processesWorks with Regional Standards Managers and investigates issuesValidates SOP compliance through independent audits of processesReports on audit resultsLeads Regional process improvement efforts and captures financial impacts (ROI)Assists with Vendor CAPAsTrains on Quality Tools and Methodologies (SOPs, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, LEAN practices, Six Sigma, etc.)Conducts data analysis when necessaryHelps integrate Quality Certifications including CIMS, ISO etc.Assists in the development of a Quality culture with SBMQualificationsEducation and/ or Experience Experience in Quality Methodologies and such as Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, CIMSBackground in Data analysis is helpfulMust be able to work well with others and be able to motivate not intimidateAble to effectively provide positive coaching and feedbackExperience conducting process audits and inspections in real world environmentAble to work through conflict Able to see outside the boxEquivalent of 5 years of training or experience is preferredMust be willing/able to travel up to 50%Able to speak Spanish a plus
