SHI has an exciting opportunity available in our Licensing - Microsoft department working with our Microsoft Licensing Operations Team. The team is looking for a new member who is motivated to work together & continue to support these objectives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Understanding Microsoft s ordering policies and applying them to the different Microsoft Licensing programs Placing orders & credits via online tools and electronic submission Posting & confirming pricing for use organization-wide Part creation in SHI s ERP system & agreement management in CRM/EMS Providing post-sales support & training for SHI s global sales force Supporting & maintaining SHI systems through licensing program changes Maintaining positive relationships with our Microsoft counterparts.
Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required
Ability to handle large volume of orders and meet tight deadlines. Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, while being flexible and adapting quickly to process changes Ability to thrive in a team environment and also complete individual tasks Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills Desire to research & resolve problems as they arise Outstanding organizational and time management skills Inquiring mind & a positive attitude Experience with in Microsoft Office tools - Outlook, Word, Excel.
