This trainer position is an opportunity for an individual to positively impact the professional development of SHI employees in our Integration Center. The Technical Datacenter Trainer s primary responsibility will be working with the existing Learning & Development team as well as SHI s Sales & Integration Center Management teams to create & deliver datacenter-centric training in a consistent, engaging and effective manner. This role will adapt, evolve, and change over time and responsibilities will shift accordingly based on management requirements and feedback provided by SHI employees. Training will be provided in a number of ways, from in-person, hands on, and/or web conference instruction to video and module based instruction and testing, for newly-hired employees as well as continuing education for existing personnel within the Integration Center.
