S/he will create and maintain commercial partnerships, sponsored events, branded content & digital activations to sustain the demands of rapidly growing and multi-faceted company and gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be calm, confident and charismatic as well as have a fascination with trends and passion for the creative industries film, design fashion etc.Roles & Responsibilities North America Member clubs Soho House New York, Ludlow House, Dumbo House, Soho House Chicago, Soho House Toronto, Soho Beach House, Soho House West Hollywood, Soho Warehouse and Little Beach House Malibu Public-facing businesses such as Soho Works, Cecconi s and Cowshed Cities without Houses membership communities Austin, Atlanta, Portland, Detroit, Nashville, Vancouver, Seattle, San Francisco, Mexico City, Bogota, Sao Paolo and Buenos Aires Soho House channels social, app, print, sohohouse.com Leading focus on the US launch of Soho Works, overseeing partnership strategy, securing a roster of new partners and business growth Project manage assigned brand partnerships end-to-end to ensure all contractual obligations are meet and all activations are on-brand and successfully executed Liaise with various Soho House departments and teams to plan partnerships, ensure understanding on deliverables and manage on-going communications Foster relationships with brands from member start-ups, through to multinationals to proactively surface ideas and trends, have up-to-date understanding of brand campaigns & contacts and identity new opportunities for Soho House Manage partnership tracking and reporting per assigned projects Maintain an expert knowledge of all N. American group sites, from member needs, house spaces and facilities, comms channels inc. private social feeds and key staff Work with the N. American regional marketing and events teams to deliver brand collaborations from planning, branding, member promotion, recruitment & engagement, assets and event-management, budgeting and review/evaluation Visit sites to support teams, attend events, check placements and host partners.
