RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own our Google Ads account - Conceptualize and deploy paid advertising campaigns that
  • generate a strong ROI and grow the channel month-over-month
  • Optimize ad spend on a daily basis to improve ROI and drive relentless growth
  • Draft copy for ad campaigns that speaks to our target audience
  • Assist in the logistical implementation of all marketing campaigns, including QA-ing, data integrity, and reporting on performance
  • Actively monitor and analyze all advertising campaigns and report on metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations. Keep organized records of key advertising metrics including CTR, CPC, and conversions on a weekly basis
  • Conduct market and competitive research on a regular basis to identify new opportunities for advertising campaigns
  • Manage the technicalities of our marketing technologies by learning them inside out, and handling integrations and data syncs (including Hubspot, Salesforce, Zapier, Intercom, etc)


REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 yrs experience in Google Ads, preferably as in-house talent for a brand or at an agency
  • BS in Sociology, Statistics, Marketing or similar degree
  • Experience scaling growth in Google Ads
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently - once you're clear on the task at hand, you are able to own and run with it
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, visual and written skills (ad copywriting and photo editing a plus).
  • Proactive problem solver and critical thinker
  • Experience working at a start-up (and/or you are excited by a fast-paced organization)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and a willingness to learn new applications and tactics
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capability with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions
