Job Description

To provide the account support needs as set out by the by their direct leader. These functions can include, but are not limited to account documentation, account plant support, inventory management, testing and trial support, forecasting, meetings, etc.


  • Understands and can articulate customer and market perspective as related to the assigned account
  • Assists in execution of business strategies as related to assigned account
  • Understand and deliver results to assist in the delivery of working capital goals
  • Provide customer plant support as it relates to quality issues, trial management, inventory management, receivables management.
  • Provide concise and timely reports per the needs of both internal and customer stakeholders
  • Attend meetings and customers functions as requested
  • Represent Bemis North America in alignment with Core Values at all times
  • Demonstrate accountability to assigned customer plant /Work to meet the annual financial commitments to the business Top line accountability
  • Understand, drive and deliver ROS financial results through defined metrics, these will include working capital drivers (e.g., receivables, DOI, inventory management etc.), etc.
  • Drive forecast accuracy for improved business results
  • Be accountable for customer performance and Bemis standing with the account.

  • Results Orientation- demonstrated through focus on delivering results in alignment with the Core Values.
  • Market Knowledge- understanding the market(s) in which the customer operates, how the market affects their business and the business context. This context can include the competition, their suppliers, the customer base, and the regulatory environment.
  • Team Leadership- Ability to clearly communicate goals and objectives for key account and garner willing support and consensus on meeting customer expectations with all key stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills-Systems knowledge providing the ability to gather pertinent information, convey clear and concise messaging .Ability to speak in large or small groups with a air of confidence provided by preparation and subject matter knowledge.

  • Education Bachelors Degree or equivalent of education and experience
  • Experience +2 years working in a business to business account sales roles
  • Demonstrate good Business Acumen and a professional presentation
  • Travel Requirement - +50%
