POSITION PURPOSE:
This VP Finance Medical Group is responsible for the financial management of the regional medical group, including academic, community and independent physicians, within the Loyola Medicine region. Partners with regional business and financial planning, financial operational and strategic support. Finance functions include financial operations of the regional Medical Group, monthly and year-end consolidated financial reports and action plans to achieve goals, annual budget, capital and strategic financial management and planning, financial planning and analytics for the Medical Group and alignment with regional goals and initiatives. Provides strategic recommendations to support the regional Medical Group Senior Leadership in achievement of excellence in all financial and operational processes. Contributes to regional financial goals and objectives, and assists with establishing procedures for achieving goals and objectives and monitors adherence. Responsible for functioning as a
financial support liaison for Regional Medical Group and does so as a member of the leadership team supporting the Regional Chief Clinical Officer.

Minimum Education:
