Our Operations Admin team will play a crucial role that directly affects our customers experience. With the holiday season being our busiest time of year, we are committing to ship thousands of orders, on time to our customers, every day. When any issue arises that could prevent an order from shipping on time, the Operations Admins will ensure that the issue is addressed so that we can ship the package as quickly as possible.

The admins will be working in a small team to complete daily tasks, monitor various reports, and communicate with teams across various parts of the operation. As an admin, most of your time will be spent at a computer, and the day-to-day work can be repetitive; still, in this fast-paced environment, there will be plenty of opportunities to move around the warehouse and problem-solve unique issues.

We need dedicated fast-learners to grasp the processes and tools quickly and own the responsibilities of this role, because a happy customer makes for better business. If you enjoy problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and a fast-paced work environment, you could be perfect for this team!

This is a seasonal position that will end at the end of December. We will be operating 7 days a week in November and December, so weekend availability is preferred. Scheduled hours will range from 30-40 hours a week, depending on workload.


  • Monitor orders with exceptional issues daily to ensure timely resolution.
  • Correspond with multiple teams and departments including management, customer service, support teams for our other warehouse locations, and more.
  • Problem-solve issues and prioritize orders based on urgency of requests and degree of impact to the customer experience
  • Manage workload using multiple tools and systems
  • Collaborate closely with other Exceptions Admin, as many issues will overlap individual responsibilities
  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Able to handle several tasks at once, balancing priority and urgency
  • Able to communicate effectively with managers and teams in multiple departments
  • Customer-focused with a sense of urgency
  • Fast-learner, especially when learning new systems
  • Preferred:

  • Preferred customer service experience
  • Preferred warehouse experience
  • Preferred weekend availability
