Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility, at a highlevel, includes application availability, reliability and stability on a 7by 24 by 365 basis

  • Lead Onshore and Offshore teamto achieve key business objectives

  • Lead medium to large, complexprojects to achieve key business objectives

  • Collaborate with the team onapplication architecture design and decision-making

  • Develop innovative solutions tomeet the needs of the business

  • Provide alternate designsolutions along with project estimates

  • Designing, coding, testing,debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistentwith established specifications and business requirements to deliverbusiness value

  • Design and implementapplication enhancements in collaboration with different teams

  • Troubleshoot production supportissues post release deployment and come up with solutions. Be able tosolve complex production issues

  • Predicts emerging customerneeds and develops innovative solutions to meet them

  • Solves unique and complexproblems with broad impact on the business

  • Participates in the developmentof business strategy

  • Translates highly complexconcepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences

  • Ensure timely resolution of allproduction issues meeting or exceeding SLAs

  • Work with business toprioritize production issues for resolution

  • Provide management statusreports on daily, weekly and monthly basis

  • Schedule Operational and WorkOrder tasks including management of customer-driven priorities

  • Ensure that all documentationhas been updated and that work product meets UDP / SOX compliancerequirements

  • Conduct or facilitate rootcause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective actionplan

  • Be a liaison between offshoreresources and business/ onsite IT management

  • Assist in Providing estimates(or coordinate estimates from off shore) on all break/fix, andproblem-management activities

  • Identify applicationperformance improvement initiatives and implement the same in consultationwith the Service Coordinator and Service Manager

  • Conduct or facilitate rootcause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective actionplan

  • Provide leadership in criticalproduction issue resolution (both Priority 1 and Priority 2)

  • Involvement with seniormanagement in terms of supplying input for key design and architecturedecisions, as well as work estimation and resource planning

Required Qualifications:

  • 2or more years of experience in full Software Development Life Cycle.

  • 2or more years of experience working as a Java developer

  • 1or more years of experience in development and deployment in Cloud environment(OSE/OSO, AWS).

  • 1or more years of experience in Software Engineering experience using 1 or moreof the following technologies: Java/J2EE, SOAP/REST API's, Spring Framework,Microservices

  • ProductionSupport experience

  • Experienceworking within an Agile/Scrum Methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcarebackground especially HIPAA EDI - X12 experience (270, 276, 837, 278, 834, 820transaction sets)

  • Knowledgeof Jenkins, XL Deploy, DevOps tools, Jenkins, Automation, GIT, Artifactory, XLDeploy, Fortify Scan, Sonar Cube

  • Exposureto emerging technologies such as Chatbots (RASA) & AI/ML (Tensorflow, H2O)

  • DB2/Oracle/BigData database experience

  • UNIXcommands and scripts experience

  • Experiencewith continuous integration/continuous delivery models

  • Experiencewith acceptance-test-driven development
