The Sally Mathis Hartwig Professorship in Gerontological Nursing provides resources and opportunities for continued research engagement, mentorship of faculty and students, and shaping the future of health care and the profession. The candidate will lead the College of Nursing's Csomay Center for Gerontological Excellence and advance collegiate and interdisciplinary aging opportunities.Join a dynamic faculty within a collaborative research University with excellence in aging research. Excellent interdisciplinary collaboration potential also exists through the Interdisciplinary Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Initiative, Institute for Clinical and Translation Science, National Health Law and Policy Resource Center, Public Policy Center, and Institute of Neuroscience and other health care networks. Candidates with well-established programs of research in gerontological nursing and a sustained record of extramural support are encouraged to apply.
