We are currently seeking an experienced User Experience Strategy Lead to work with a government customer to provide a vision for the planning and delivery of design concepts to target specific audiences. The ideal candidate will have worked on IT Projects and engaged with stakeholders in the past, and should have a specific focus on UX Design strategy.


  • Assists with design strategy and stakeholder management, and cross-team communication.
  • Communicates UX research and design to various product stakeholders. Support establishment of solutions that target specific audiences and help meet business objectives. 
  • Supports efforts for understanding resource demands for project initiatives including prioritization and planning. 
  • Assists federal product leads with team coordination, scheduling and communication, and serves as their main interface.


                • A minimum of 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline is required.
                • Experience working with clients to gather requirements and provide designs for applications and sites.
                • Familiarity with UX design strategy and research tools, ability to create mockups, wireframes, and layouts that promote ease of use.
                • Strong background in design strategy, methodologies and development.
                • Great verbal and written communication, with proven leadership skills and a customer-centric mindset.
