Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a HRIS Systems Analyst - Kronos to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in Parsippany, New Jersey.

Job Summary

Join our team of HR Services systems professionals striving to deliver great experiences to our team members, team leaders and to the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts organization.

In this role, you will be part of the Timekeeping/Kronos technical team and will support the Timekeeping HR and Payroll functions, and the business processes Wyndham employs in our HR and Payroll technology through system configurations, reporting and testing.

You will be a point of contact for the Kronos application and will provide daily operational technical support to deliver a Count on Me experience for our business partners and application users, including but not limited to providing information, assistance, training, reports, and issue resolution. You will also play an important role in implementing and testing new Kronos features, configurations, upgrades, and test planning and execution.

To be successful in this role, you should be eager to learn and deliver great experiences to all of our business partners. Youll enjoy and be experienced in translating business requirements into system solutions and youll be good at managing competing priorities and clarifying expectations. You will need prior experience in HR system technologies and HR and Payroll business processes, and youll need to be an effective communicator in both written and verbal communications.

Education & Experience

Basic Qualifications:

  • Communicate effectively with HR business partners / SME groups to gather business and legal requirements

  • Analyze requirements and create effective and efficient system solutions

  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy

  • Work to resolve requests/issues consistently, accurately and timely

  • Can work in a team environment; cooperate with peers and focus on continuous learning and development; assist with process improvement ideas

  • Efficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Visio

Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Significant experience with configuration in Kronos Workforce Central timekeeping system

  • Significant experience with report creation using RDL

  • Moderate experience with WIM programming

  • Moderate experience with timeclocks

  • Experience with SaaS HR systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday

  • Experience with HR business processes such as HR, timekeeping and payroll

  • Excellent analytical skills in understanding and translating business requirements into system functionality

  • Excellent test planning and test execution skills

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to interact with all levels of employees

  • Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently

  • Ability to organize and drive project work to timely and effective results

  • Ability to review, audit and interpret information on reports and correct as necessary

  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting and maintain a positive attitude

  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and organize work load

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Retail or hospitality experience a plus

  • College degree preferred
